Having April sell our condo was the best decision we could have made.

From the moment of meeting her it quickly became apparent that this lady knows her stuff. She had an air about her that makes you feel comfortable immediately. The advice and information she gave us was invaluable to our situation.

She has so much experience in what buyers want and she could quickly communicate to us how we could effectively and inexpensively get our place into that  "showroom condition".

We put it on the market at the highest price that we thought we could get for it and within 7 days it was snapped up for just under asking.

The price /square foot was a record for the building we were in and not only that we got this amazing service for a fraction of the cost of what the big realtor companies charge.

When we finally did put an offer down it was a real relief to have her fighting in our corner when it came to negotiating. Just when we thought "that's it" we can't get the price any lower she managed to squeeze it down another 5K!

I know her track record speaks for itself but I have to add that our experience was so very positive and not only that it had the bonus of being highly profitable. Without a doubt, a huge part of that was because of April. We honestly can't recommend her enough

My wife and I have had a great experience working with April. We had plenty of offers from different agents to sell our property, and we interviewed quite a few of them. However, when we went to one open house event held by April, and talked to her for just 5 minutes, we had made our decision instantly. She was not after us since then but we were. As a result in a market more than 25% down, and considerably slowing down, our property was sold in...... ONE day for the above asking price. One more thing about her which also amazed us. April is a very busy person but she always picks up a phone even if she is in a middle of something. No need to leave a message and wait for hours to get a call back. Some issues require immediate attention. All the way she was very friendly, and demonstrated professional skills in a way above our expectations.
